Nice to meet you, I'm Livia Paes.

Massage therapist and yoga teacher

For over 10 years, I have been a yoga practitioner and teacher, always focused on holistic well-being. Trained at Saraswati Studio and recognized and certified by the Yoga Alliance, an institution that validates training in Brazil, I have been deepening my knowledge of both the practical philosophy of yoga and its different techniques over the years. Shortly after the birth of my daughter Joana in February 2022, I was overwhelmed with inspiration and a desire to work with women, especially pregnant and postpartum women. I want to share with you everything that nourishes my femininity, my creative power, and my holistic well-being. With pregnant women, I share everything that benefited me during my pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum period. I know I can contribute my best. I believe that our purpose in this world is simply to be our best selves wherever we are.

Therefore, I gathered all the knowledge and inspiration I had into a specific method entirely focused on women, pregnant women, and postpartum women.

Alongside Yoga, I incorporate different massage techniques. Massage has been a part of my life since I started teaching. Caring for our mind and body through yoga can be enhanced by relaxation and energizing through touch. That's why I know we all need a lot of care and affection. And through massages, which can be therapeutic, lymphatic drainage, or relaxing, you will have that and much more. More than just relaxation or reducing swelling, it's a true sonic, energetic, meditative, and physical experience. A deep dive into yourself. A way for you to look more inward and connect with yourself and your baby, if you are pregnant.
